Loran belongs to the Magic City Optimist Club of Billings, Montana and has a history of youth service to be proud of. Loran has enjoyed being the District Supply Chair for the United States since 2012. He has held numerous outher Club and District roles including Club President and District LG for Zone 4. Loran enjoys all youth activates that his club sponsors, especially the aquatic program i the spring He also actively participates in the Friend of the Month program at the Friendship Centre in Billings.
