Jay resides in Billings, MT, with his young bride Gail, and their black lab Maria.

Jay keeps busy in his downtime with house projects, golfing with his  good friends or vacations to be with Gail’s family in Northern Michigan.

​You will find Jay at every Optimist board meeting with his bride at his side.
