YOU AGREE THAT SERVICE OF PROCESS MAY BE MADE BY PERSONAL SERVICE OF A COPY OF THE SUMMONS AND COMPLAINT OR OTHER LEGAL PROCESS IN ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING, OR BY ANY METHOD OF SERVICE PROVICED FOR UNDER THE APPLICABLE LAWS. IN ANY SUCH ACTION OR PROCEEDING YOU AGREE TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THAT ANY SUCH ACTION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE TRIED BEFORE A COURT AND NOT BEFORE A JURY AND WAIVE TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY OBJECTION THAT YOU MAY HAVE THAT EACH ACTION OR PROCEEDING HAS BEEN BROUGHT IN AN INCONVENIENT FORUM.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN A SEPARATE LICENSE OR OTHER AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND AMS&NW DISTRICT 13, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND AMS&NW DISTRICT 13 WITH RESPECT TO THE USE OF THE AMS&NW DISTRICT 13 WEB SITE, AND ANY SOFTWARE, INFORMATION AND CONTENT CONTAINED THEREIN.
